    Robert McKim Norris, Jr. was born in Charleston, South Carolina, in December 1949.

    He spent most of his early life in the Hampton Roads and Norfolk areas of Virginia before moving to Birmingham, Alabama, more than 40 years ago. A graduate of Brigham Young University, with a bachelor’s degree in finance, he later received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Samford University. Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1976.

    As national leader in consumer awareness and an innovative mass media specialist, Robert has created a compassionate and efficient environment for providing expert legal services to thousands of people who may otherwise have been unable to secure legal representation.

    He has represented, coordinated, and assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars for individuals who have been affected by asbestos exposure, negligent personal injury, or the wrongful death of a loved one.

    Robert was instrumental in the founding of Proctor U and is involved in many community, church, civic, and educational endeavors. He is an inspirational and effective public speaker. He has pursued business and personal interests in more than 30 foreign countries.

    Robert is an avid, studied, and well-informed nutritional expert and fitness enthusiast. He is affectionately considered to be a neat freak by friends and family and has an extensive personal library of nonfiction, philosophical, educational, and personal development books and recordings. Robert enjoys reading, playing golf, "fixing stuff," and spending time with his wife, eight children and 29 (soon to be 32) grandchildren.

    Born in Norfolk, Virginia, David Norris graduated magna cum laude with an Associate of Science degree in business administration from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. He then moved to Provo, Utah, and earned his bachelor's degree in English from Brigham Young University. After deciding to pursue a career in law, David received his Juris Doctor from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham.

    As co-owner of Norris Injury Lawyers, David is passionate about giving a voice to people who have been injured or harmed. Since 1987, he's focused his legal practice in the areas of personal injury, mass tort, negligence, insurance law, and asbestos.

    In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and three grandchildren. He can also be found golfing, reading, traveling, and researching his family history. David is an active member of his church. He served as a missionary in Japan for two years and currently serves as a lay minister.

    Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Stephen C. Norris became interested in the law after watching his father and uncle protect the rights of injury victims. He earned his undergraduate degree in German from The University of Alabama before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2008.

    Now, as President of Norris Injury Lawyers, Stephen’s use of cutting-edge technology throughout the legal process helps ensure our firm continues to provide injured Alabamians with the top-notch legal service they deserve.

    Fluent in both German and Finnish, Stephen served with a church mission in Finland for two years. Stephen has also earned the prestigious Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their seven children, dirt biking, water skiing, and working on cars.

    Focusing his law practice on veterans affairs, Robert M. Norris, III "Robbie" is dedicated to providing passionate legal representation to the men and women who commit their lives to protecting our country.

    A former Class A PGA Golf Professional, Mr. Norris left golf in 2006 to pursue law. Since then he has devoted his career to his patriotic calling, giving our nation’s veterans access to a lawyer. As an Eagle Scout and former Scoutmaster, Mr. Norris now acts as a Cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America. He is the proud father of six.
