Power to the Consumer
February 9th, 2016|
Consumers keep our economy going by buying the products businesses around the country provide. With that type of influence, you would think that consumers would have a great deal of power. As a collective force, yes, consumers can shift the economic landscape, but individually, their power is limited.
Or is it?
One of the things that makes our country great is the fact that any individual can stand up to a large corporation and win. Take Erin Brockovich for example. In 1993, she uncovered an injustice that wrecked the lives of several families in a small California community. She and her small law firm took on Pacific Gas and Electric, a multibillion-dollar conglomerate, and won a landmark decision that not only transformed the community for the better, but also set a precedent for future cases.
Our justice system is one of the greatest achievements of our forefathers. It ensures that any citizen, no matter race, gender, or socioeconomic status, can hold individuals, corporations, and even the government accountable for their harmful actions. At Norris Injury Lawyers, we’ve been standing up for the injured people of Alabama for more than 35 years. We’re proud to have been an advocate for so many in the past, and we’d honored to represent you as well.
If you’ve been injured by someone else’s negligence, you have a constitutional right to seek compensation for your injures. Give us a call for a free consultation with one of our Alabama personal injury lawyers. We’d love to speak with you.
