Police often assist at the scene of auto accidents and during other events to make navigation through affected areas easier. But what if an officer’s signal caused you to endanger yourself or another?
That’s what one driver is alleging after a Mobile auto accident damaged his car and injured one or two bicyclists, according to the Mobile Press Register. The Mobile auto accident occurred on Spring Hill Avenue.
The driver said he began to turn left but was stopped by police directing traffic at a duathlon. When the driver tried to turn right, a volunteer at the duatlon instructed him to stop, which he did, in the path of bicyclists who struck his vehicle, causing a Mobile auto accident that left two dents and injured two bicyclists.
