A man accused of murder had his charged revoked when a judge found probable cause that he was driving under the influence of alcohol and left the scene of an Alabama auto accident, according to al.com.

The man left the scene of an Alabama auto accident without giving authorities the required information. Police found him after he tried to walk back home after the Alabama auto accident.

A 47-year-old passenger was killed in an Alabama auto accident when the man tried to elude police and crashed into a concrete pole.

Tests confirmed that the man was under the influence of alcohol and other substances at the time of the Alabama auto accident.
