That’s what happened in a Huntsville auto accident on South Memorial Parkway and Lily Flagg Road when a driver ran a red light and hit two cars, WAAY reports.

The driver, a 46-year-old male, was said to be driving under the influence at the time of the Huntsville auto accident that killed a 61-year-old woman and injured a 33-year-old woman.

The Huntsville auto accident has led to a Huntsville wrongful death charge against the driver.
