Felicia F. Fleming

Bio

Felicia F. Fleming was raised in St. Clair County, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in ABA Accredited Paralegal Studies from Eastern Kentucky University, achieving Dean’s List recognition. Felicia then pursued her Juris Doctor at Birmingham School of Law, graduating in 2024. She was admitted to practice law in Alabama in 2025.

Throughout her educational journey, Felicia gained valuable practical experience through internships at the Etowah County District Attorney’s Office and with St. Clair County Circuit Court Judges Seay and Weathington. This hands-on experience, combined with her years of personal injury work, provides her with an understanding of the legal system from multiple perspectives.

Felicia is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the St. Clair County Bar Association.
