According to Alabama.com, the bar has received complaints that some lawyers may be engaging in Alabama legal malpractice by unfairly soliciting clients and engaging in unethical behavior.
To help protect citizens against Alabama legal malpractice, the bar has launched a website called “How to Protect Your Rights When Disaster Strikes.”

The Gadsden Times reported that one man died and another suffered some injuries in a Gadsden car accident.
Authorities said that the passenger, a young man, died from the injuries he sustained during the Gadsden auto accident that involved only one vehicle.
The driver of the car suffered some injuries during the Gadsden car accident, but there was no record of the man being taken to a local hospital to be treated or how the accident occurred.

The Press-Register reported that an Alabama car accident involving 27 vehicles left 13 people injured.
The Alabama auto accidents occurred early Sunday morning due to a thick fog that had settled on the Interstate.
There were 18 vehicles piled up on one side of the Interstate, and nine on the other side.
The Interstate was shut down for over six hours while crews tried to clear the scene of the Alabama car accident.
The Alabama auto accident is still under investigation.
